Hosted access terms.
These terms cover Terminaili hosted API access, credits, beta bundles, and public dashboard use. Signed agreements override these terms when they conflict.
Use of the service
Terminaili provides hosted OpenAI-compatible API access, model routing, usage reporting, and account tools for software development and coding-agent workflows. You are responsible for the prompts, code, data, credentials, and outputs you send through the service.
Accounts and keys
- Keep API keys private and rotate them if they are exposed.
- Do not share access in a way that bypasses account, credit, or rate limits.
- We may suspend keys that appear compromised, abusive, or materially risky.
Credits, billing, and refunds
Starter access is limited. Paid credits are consumed by model usage at published or account-specific rates. Beta bundles are available only when their limits are written down in the plan, order, or access note. Refunds are handled case by case for billing mistakes, failed provisioning, or material service issues.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to attack systems, exfiltrate data, or evade access controls.
- Do not submit secrets, regulated data, or third-party confidential data unless you have permission and an appropriate agreement.
- Do not overload the hosted network or intentionally bypass safety, rate, or spend controls.
Beta changes
Model availability, latency, pricing, free-query limits, and bundle terms can change while the beta network expands. We try to avoid disruptive changes and will communicate material account-impacting updates through the dashboard or email.
Liability
The service is provided as hosted infrastructure for development workflows. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Terminaili is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, model output quality, or decisions made from generated content.
